Janet Jackson

Janet Jackson is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. She is the youngest child of the Jackson family of musicians and the sister of Michael Jackson. Janet began her career as a child actor, appearing in television shows and films such as “Good Times” and “Diff’rent Strokes.” She launched her music career in the 1980s and has since released 11 studio albums, including her 1986 breakthrough album “Control” and her 1997 album “The Velvet Rope.” Janet is known for her soulful and powerful vocals, and she has won numerous awards throughout her career, including five Grammy Awards. She has also been a prominent figure in popular culture and has been referred to as the “Queen of Pop” and “The First Lady of Music.”
